Kettlebells - Monday 6am

KettleBells is a 45 Minute complete all over body workout just using the kettlebell, making this class a simple, yet effective conditioning session.

​

These sessions will help you improve your all over body strength while burning body fat for the lean figure.

This class is good for all abilities with lots of regressions and progressions.

Cardio & Core- Wednesday 6am

Cardio & Core is a great mix of bodyweight cardio exercises to get you in a sweat. but wanting more, combined with some core strength, this class is good for all abilities of fitness with lots of progressions and regressions available with no equipment needed.

Body Blast- Friday 6am

Body Blast is a class where we combine bodyweight exercises but also can add in dumbells and resistance bands, its a full body workout class that increases stamina and endurance, builds strength, increases energy levels and is a great calorie burner.

This class also is good for all abilities wirh lots of regressions and progressions available.

Pilates- Thursday 10am & 7.30pm

Pilates is a class that works on posture, alignment, core strength, flexibility , it is low impact and we concentrate on the six joseph pilates principles, concentration, control, centre, flow , precision and breathing , this is a beginners pilates class, progressing each work, i offer lots of regressions and progressions throughout .

Zoom Classes can be booked and payed for the month via my wix app. 

Pilates is £8 and all other classes are £6 

All abilities are welcome.
