Let’s bring a bit of running in to your week . Before you start, you should already be able to comfortably walk for 60 minutes. This is your chance to get healthy, lose some weight and feel better! Ready to run and challenge yourself to how long you can run for ? This won’t be for everyone but if you want to join in the challenge keep me posted as to how you are getting on.
